1.25ml). EvaGreen MasterMixes are used for qPCR reactions based on DNA-binding fluorescent dye (ex. SYBR Green I); TaqProbe MasterMixes are used
for qPCR reaction based on TaqMan probe; Whereas KiloGreen MasterMix
are used for qPCR reactions with long amplicon up to 1.3kb, therefore could
be used in the library construction for whole-genome sequencing (WGS).
